My name is Orion Jones, and I bring over 20 years of leadership experience spanning collegiate athletics, business education, commercial operations, and motivational speaking.

From the Dugout to the Boardroom: A Journey of Leadership & Resilience

My journey began on the baseball field, where I developed the discipline, perseverance, and mental toughness that would shape my career. As a college baseball player and later a Head College Baseball Coach, I experienced firsthand the power of teamwork, leadership, and pushing past limitations—lessons that extended far beyond sports. These experiences set the foundation for my transition into business education and leadership coaching, where I’ve dedicated my life to mentoring and developing strong, purpose-driven men.
